Free standard shipping and handling for the Contiguous US is valid for qualifying orders over $100. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free standard shipping and handling will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.
We ship mostly via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Orders typically ship from Conscia in 2-3 business days after they are placed, unless otherwise noted on our website and in your order confirmation email (i.e., if your purchase includes a backordered item).
Please note that in the effort to be as eco-friendly as possible, we do not customarily split shipments. Our policy is to ship your entire package when all items in your order are in stock.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information. After leaving our facility, you will receive the package in 3-5 days .

Local pickup at the Conscia Lab is available for anyone near Portland, Oregon typically within 1 business day of your purchase. The Conscia Lab is located at 2932 Southeast 51st Avenue, Unit A in Portland.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have formulated our products to target most hair types and ailments. If you find a particular product isn't working for your hair and scalp, we would be happy to send you samples of the other formulas to see which formula suits your hair best. After you choose a new formula we will send you the original size you purchased.
To keep our carbon footprint down, we do not request that you return the item you got. We would encourage you to use it to wash your body or share it with a friend.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your item must have been purchased within the past 14 days, be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
