Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have formulated our products to target most hair types and ailments. If you find a particular product isn't working for your hair and scalp, we would be happy to send you samples (pebbles) of the other formulas to see which formula suits your hair best. After you choose a new formula we will send you the original size you purchased.
To keep our carbon footprint down, we do not request that you return the item you got. We would encourage you to use it to wash your body or share it with a friend.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Your item must have been purchased within the past 14 days, be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
